This little boy in the previous blog picture kept trying to sell me postcards for 5.00 and bracelets as well. I kept saying 2.00 and he would say 5.00. Neither one of us won, he didn't get my money and I didn't get the postcards. But I did give him a dollar as I got on the bus for his picture. We then were handed ice cold towels with a scent of menthol by our tour guides Hubby. Of coarse water as well. They were so good to us.
I apologize for doing this in so many parts but when I post with my I-pad it will only let me put in a few pictures. I think my I-pad may be dying as well.
So after cooling down we had a coffee break which really turned out to be a lunch break. They had sandwiches, pizza, ice cream and Beer for .75 cents. How can you pass up on this at least it was after noon.
Cheap beer great coconut ice cream and free wifi. What else could you want on a tour. From our break we went to a market, to buy souvenirs. Yep you guessed it 2 scarves for me for 5.00 and a tank top for Bob for 4.00. Gotta love it...after 40 minutes it was back on the bus to another pagoda with monkeys. But first nice cold wash cloths again with the scent of menthol. So refreshing
Here was a great view of Sihanoukville as we were up on top of a mountain. These adorable girls just hooked right onto us. Holding our hands and walking with us. They were so sweet and they knew how to pose......they've done this before.
From here we drove to the beach for 30 minutes. No suit on but we did walk it, beautiful but would not qualify as Asia's finest.
Bob bought me a beautiful fresh flower head band. I wore it the rest of the day and night.
