Day 77. March 20, 2016. PART 3. Docked in Sihanoukville, Cambodia

This was a teaching hands on school for the Hotel Service.  This is where we had our dinner right around the pool.  This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for low income disadvantage young Cambodians to study in this field.  It prepares them for the future with hands on training and high quality education in various sectors.  It is a 2 year program including 40% of theory and 60% of practice, the students have the opportunity to experience a real working environment.  That is why our guides chose this place to come to.  Pictures will tell our evening

First the drinks.  Beer for us....

Appetizer and salad
Dinner was sea bass and sticky rice.  So well presented.
Had to get their picture. They were so good.  Notice their arms left side are bent and put towards to back.
We returned to the ship by 6:40 showered cleaned up and dressed for the show at 9:15.  Juliette Primrose a great Fiddler.  She has worked with many great musicians.  Including Shirley Basses and Michael Flatery of Lord of the dance tour.

Tomorrow a sea day looks pretty busy......
Thanks for coming along with us on this fantastic journey.......
