Welcome to the Shriners club in Kingston the start of our 21 day journey. With a iced coffee in hand, luggage (1 bag ) already on the bus and our daypacks with us. Just before we were to get on the bus we saw 3 people that we knew from our Via Rail and Rocky Mountain trip last August.
Sue and her husband Garfield. Big hugs. They were a fun couple. We also saw Linda as in Jamie’s Linda she has been working for Maple Leaf Tours and was escorting the St Jacobs Market tour today. That just made our morning.
We are ready for our journey to complete our tour of 🇨🇦 Canada. So much nicer to have all the driving done by someone else. Lots to see outside of the window. Like trees, lots of corn, and some sunflowers. So sit back and enjoy our journey to Newfoundland and Labrador.
We stoppped for lunch in Drummondville, Quebec. We split a order of chicken poutine. This is our bus and our drivers name is Ky.
After lunch and a few comfort stops enroute we enjoyed the rest of the way to our first stop for the night which is in Edmundston New Brunswick . A welcome dinner was planned for us we both had chicken green beans carrots and mashed potatoes then we had some free time. We are staying at Four Points Sheraton in Edmundson. Bob is pretty tired did not get much sleep last night as he said I purred all night. Then it was off to bed for an earlier morning wake up. Breakfast at 6:30. Oh before I forget. We have traveled thur Ontario, Quebec and now New Brunswick. Tomorrow we will be in our 4th Province. Prince Edward Island. There for 2 nights and a looking forward to a visit and dinner with Nancy & Don.
