Day 106 April 18, 2016 Anchored off a Boracay Island, Philippines on the Far East Traveler

Well it's going to be another hot day.  It is already 7:48 and its 87 degrees with 82 percent humidity. A little about the island of Boracay.
It is a small island in the Philippines about 196 miles south of Manila.  It is known for its many award winning beaches  from many of the numerous travel publications and agencies.  It is also know for being one of the worlds top destination for relaxation.  Tourism came to the island beginning in about the 1970s.  He movie  "To Late the Hero" was filmed in 1970 on locations in Boracay.  In the 80s the island became popular as a budget destination for backpackers, and by the 90s the islands beached were being acclaimed as the best in the world.  So on that note you guessed it......BEACH TIME.
