Day 173 June 23, 2016. Docked in Corinto, Nicaragua on the Picturesque Panama

Ship docked by 9:00 am and we were off by 9:15.  Small group today only 18 of us.  So we met our guide and got on a small mini bus to take us up to the the old Colonial Leon then onto the Bubbling Mud Pots.  The drive was a lot shorter an yesterday only 1 hour today.   We saw the Cathedral de Leon and the Art Gallery (not impressed) then we had an hour of free time to do whatever.  Some did lunch we chose to do the local market which was just down the road.  The people here don't seem to be as happy here as the people in Guatemala.  They don't smile unless you take their picture.  Anyway just a observation.  After our hour of free time we got back in the bus and drove to the bubbling mud pots.  This was very cool.  And very HOT, HUMID AND LOTS OF STEAM. Pictures of our day

Pretty dancing Ladies

Great way to end the day with a cold local beer at the beach.
Tomorrow we have a late arrival into Costa Rica.  Need a beach day I think.   Tell tomorrow, thanks for joining us.  Leslee & Bob
