Toss your inhibitions to the wind – everyone else does" is Lonely Planet's advice for Cabo San Lucas. Cabo is a heavily-trafficked holiday destination, and the activities for fun-lovers are endless: ride horses or camels on the beach, swim with dolphins, scream from a parasailer or a jet ski, go sports fishing, learn about the history of tequilas. If you know us at all, you won't be surprised that we are going to Lovers beach. Well that was what we intended to do. Once we got off the tender we walked down the boardwalk and decided to grab a water taxi We paid only 10.00 each and had a almost private boat to go see the rock formations at Land's End. Cabo was hit by a hurricane 2 years ago. There was a lot of damage, mostly in the San Jose Cabo area, further South. Everyone who had been here more than 15 years ago, remarked at how built up it was, but also clean and presentable. We all wished to come back someday. All day long we saw parasailers, jet boats, swimmers and snorklers, glass bottom boat tours, regular boat tours, deep sea fishing boats with marlin flags flying, and ships with sails like pirate ships. It was a fun day. Our day was great after the boat ride we walked to the beach and had a few cold beers and some chips and salsa.
So we came back to the ship very tired at 5:30. We walked on the sand and you sank in it. It was very hard to walk in. Yep Tiffany we got you some beautiful sand. The Internet has been down all day so this and yesterday's will come together.
Love today it was great. Thanks for joining us. Tomorrow will post more of our day. We have a sea day before Acapulco. Nighty night ....
