Day 158 June 07 2016 ~ Docked in Honolulu Hawaii U.S.A. on the Polynesian Treasures

Overnight we sailed to Honolulu on Oahu and we docked near Aloha Tower.  This afternoon and evening we had a special reception on the Battleship U.S.S. Missouri.  Located on the historic Battleship Row in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, a mere ship-length away from the USS Arizona Memorial.
The USS Missouri is best known as the site of the end of the World War 11.  Often referred too as the "Mighty Mo" the decks on this battleship were where General Douglas MacArthur accepted the official surrender of Japan in September 1945.
We were greeted with non-stop Mai Tai's and Hors d'oeuvres and a wonderful patriotic performance of tunes from 1940.
