Jerusalem wow what a magical place

Yesterday we started out on a tour with HAL (which we never take) early in the morning. We travel about an hour.  The drive was interesting and I was memorized in all the site.  We first went up to Mt Olives to view the city of Jerusalem and the old walled city. We walked thur the garden of Gethsemane where Jesus spent his last few hours before his arrest.  We also visited this beautiful church with 1600 year old olive trees. From there we visited the old city and viewed the Western Wall or known as the Wailing wall.   Men and women pray in separate areas. We walked thru the Jewish quarter.  We visited the Room of the Last Supper which was a replica.   There are so many statues and interests along the way.   We then walked by king David Tomb.  Men and women had to be separated because of gender.  Women on the left and men in the right side
After lunch we viewed the city from the south side. We finished the day by visiting the Church of the Sepulcher  which is where some people believe that Jesus was buried there.  It was a long day but well worth it.  A very holy Easter we had. Tomorrow is Nazareth and the Sea of Galilee
