Day 40 February 12, 2016 Docked at Port Elizabeth, South Africa on the Indian Ocean Passage. PART ONE

Another new port for us.  This is one of the largest cities in S.A., situated  in the Eastern Cape Province.  The city often shortened to P.E. And nicknamed "The Friendly City" or "The Windy City".  When we arrived this was our view.

They used to export apples from this port now it looks like cars and trucks.  They have a small Ford and GMC Factory outside of town.
We just got back form a amazing tour.  There were 8 of us and we toured around for 3.5 hours.  We learned a lot about what Nelson Mandela did for South Africa.  Truly amazing

This was our bus it had great a.c.
First stop was up on top of the hill. Where it takes in a lot of history here.
The people here are so proud of Mandela.  So they should he did a lot of great things for the township people here.
I can see another 2 -3. Parts to this blog.
Bob and Judy in front of the old King George Hotel
