Today we are meeting Nancy for lunch at Peaks Quay it was closed so we went to Merchant Man to have a Lobster Roll, clam chowder, fish & Chips. We all had fish and chips so so good. Places are just opening from the long winter. Some are still closed. After lunch we walked around town. Great little port.
This is a good friend & traveling buddy Wendy from California. Little history of Charlottetown. This is where Canada became Canada in 1867. Historical site is Province House its a treasure that belongs to all Canadians. This was a mementoes event which lead to the creation of Canada. Delegates arrived in Charlottetown 156 years ago to sign the papers for Canada. Here are a few more pictures of our day.Lunch with Nancy & Don
