Where the arrow is, is where we are now. Tomorrow is Bali.
Another great sea day today. Hard to believe we have been on this ship for 113 days so far. Seems like yesterday we were boarding her in Miami. I know all our friends and family think we are crazy ... maybe we are but right now we are having the time of our lives and we are enjoying every minute of it. Our philosophy - is do what you can do while you can. See the world, experience the journey, meet the people and we are doing this...
Went to a lecture in things to do and seeing in Darwin. BINGO WAS WON BY US 57.00. Yeah team...
Weather outside is warm 87 degrees with high humidity of 84%. We had a quick shower of rain this morning and now it's sunny. That's is the way these Indonesia Islands are, and why they are so beautifully green.
Speaking of Indonesia Islands after we leave Bali we are anchoring off Komotdo Island and they are already warning people about safety issues. Because it's a national park the regulations are that no guest are permitted to go ashore without a guide. Or a organized tour without a ranger. The terrain on Komodo is rough and uneven. Warning you not to wear red or carry anything that is red. Or try to attempt to feed the dragons. There will be someone stupid enough to try this just wait. Also if you have any cuts, any bleeding, or any type of open wound they recommend that you stay on board.
Tonight we have another cocktail party then another 65th Birthday Party up in the Pollo restaurant with 3 other couples. Full plate tonight.
The 2 chefs now the one with the hat is Jörg Becker from Germany and Michelle From Italy. Great guys
Tomorrow is beautiful Bali. Can't wait.....but guess what we have too.
Thanks for joining us. Leslee & Bob
