Arrived in this city in the fog we docked at 7:30 and we're off the ship by 8:15. The fog lifted very slowly and this Harbour called Port de Hercule came alive with all these amazing yachts and buildings. Wow you can sure tell this is a tax free country. We walked up to the rock where the Monaco Cathedral is where Prince Rainer and Grace Kelly were married and buried. Just beautiful and huge. Then we watched the changing of the guard. After about 3 hours on the rock we went down to where the Grand Prix is driven. They are setting up bleachers already. I' am not sure when the race is? After walking down from the rock we decided it was time to go to the casino. It took us an hour to walk from one side of the harbor to the other side. We got to the Grand Casino around 1:00 and it didn't open till 2:00. You have to be dressed up and no tennis shoes allowed. Also you need your passport. We new this ahead of time and really didn't care to go in. We walked around the area of the casino for an hour. Beautiful views amazing old buildings. Great day we walked 18, 000 steps and boy do my feet feel it. That's over 8.3 miles.....pictures of our day.
